Orders are assigned a start date and an estimated
completion date upon verification of funds. Each completed rocker is signed,
dated, identified with style and wood species. If the customer desires I
will personalize the item with your name or some short sentiment.
If it is not possible that I personally deliver the rocker a special wooden
crate is made to ship the rocker. The charge for this wooden crate is $300
dollars.
Freight charges will depend upon delivery destination.

Rocking Chair Sizing and Balance:
|
|
All custom rocking chairs are sized according to
the customer's specifications.
In general the following sizing may be helpful.
Standard: Standard size is suitable for those of
one hundred to three hundred pounds and five feet to seven feet tall.
Petite: Petite size is ideal for those around five
feet tall.
Although I am six foot three and weigh two hundred
and fifty pounds, I am quite comfortable in a petite chair. Most any size
person under two hundred pounds will be pleased with the comfort of a
petite chair. One of my daughters, I have four, is five five and she owns
the petite.
Both size chairs have adequate seat area. The
significant change is the height from the floor to the seat.
Ample: For those over three hundred pounds I
recommend my Reader Rocker. I have had a six foot four, five hundred-pound
person comfortable in this rocker.
Balance: Balance is one of the most important
qualities of a rocking chair. It is the aspect of rocking that translates
into a pleasant experience. Please ask me about BALANCE when you order.

any domestic hardwood and many of the exotic hardwoods are included with
accents of Ivory, Ebony, molded glass, Silver etc The rocker will be sized
to your specifications and balanced to your liking.

All my products carry a lifetime guarantee, unless
otherwise noted such as specials. Products shipped by me have a 30-day
hassle-free money back guarantee. Since digital images portrayed on a
computer screen cannot do justice to the products a full guarantee is given
to all online acquisitions. Return the item undamaged in its original
container, postpaid within 30 days for a product refund or replacement.
Any products purchased from me found to be
defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced or repaired free of
charge. If my workmanship caused a structural failure I will absorb the
original shipping cost plus the return freight if you return the rocker in
its original crate.
Damaged rocking chair returned to me in original
crate will be evaluated to determine the origin of the damage, if possible,
and extent of the defect after which I will notify you of the resolution.
If the product is damaged while in your custody we can make arrangements to
repair or replace it if possible. If this is the case, please be prepared
to pay for repairs or replacement and return freight.
