All my products carry a lifetime guarantee, unless otherwise noted. Products shipped by me have a 30-day hassle-free money back guarantee. Since digital images portrayed on a computer screen cannot do justice to the products I will guarantee all online acquisitions. Return the item undamaged in its original container, postpaid within 30 days for a product refund or replacement. 

Any products purchased from me found to be defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If my workmanship caused a structural failure I will absorb the original shipping cost plus the return freight if you return the rocker in its original crate.

Damaged rocking chair returned to me in original crate will be evaluated to determine the origin of the damage, if possible, and extent of the defect after which I will notify you of the resolution. If the product is damaged while in your custody we can make arrangements to repair or replace it if possible. If this is the case, please be prepared to pay for repairs or replacement.
